Our Career Fairs are designed to introduce experienced, licensed RNs to regional and national recruiters. The majority of our exhibitors will be attending solely to meet nurses who are currently licensed, have some experience in a nursing setting, and are available to work immediately. If you are not readily available for employment, be prepared that many exhibitors may not accept your resume at this event.
You may still find this event to be beneficial with educational and networking opportunities. Each career fair offers a complete schedule of continuing education classes, and some events offer entertaining or valuable activities such as chair massage, resume review and door prize drawings.
Please be aware that the first hour of each Career Fair (10:00am – 11:00am at most events) is restricted to currently licensed RNs who have at least one year or more of experience. Students, new grads and licensed allied health care professionals (other than RNs) may pick up badges and materials at the registration counters before this time, but may not enter the exhibit hall until 11:00 am. Seating at our 8:30 am continuing education class may be available, depending on attendance numbers.
